  7. If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card with which the buyer paid has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the price of the product sold is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs at the seller's expense. .
  8. If force majeure occurs that the seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation is notified to the buyer. The buyer may request to cancel the order, replace the product with a similar one, or postpone the delivery until the obstacle is eliminated. If the buyer cancels the order; The product price will be returned to the bank within 14 days of this cancellation.
  9. Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the representative of the company you received them from. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report with the cargo company. The buyer may exercise his right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any justification, provided that he notifies the seller via the contact information below, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product he has purchased to himself or to the person/organization at the address indicated and provided that the product is unopened. .
  11. Shipping costs for return and exchange requests belong to the buyer.

Return Conditions

The product to be returned must be sent back with the product label and protective tapes intact or the hygiene tapes intact. Product must be returned as received delivery. Products that have lost their resaleability, have been opened or have been used cannot be returned.

Personal care, cosmetic and hygiene products that are prepared in accordance with the buyer's request and are not suitable for return or whose packaging is opened and whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene cannot be returned.
